1. Payment options

1.1. You can choose from the following payment options for deliveries, unless otherwise stated in the respective item description:

2.1. Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DPD, DHL, UPS, Hermes, GLS

2.2. All orders from LYRICSJEWELRY.COM are shipped from Germany via parcel service. Collection is currently not possible. Delivery time** varies depending on the destination and shipping method.

• Delivery time** within Germany is approximately 2-3 working days.
• Within the EU, the figure is approximately... 4-7 working days.
• To North America, it is approximately 6-10 Working days.
• Shipping to the rest of Europe takes approximately 6-10 working days.
• Shipping to the rest of the world is expected to take approximately 10 to 15 working days.

3. Shipping costs

We ship worldwide. Please note: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

3.1. Germany

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order, unless your order total exceeds the minimum order value for free shipping. Orders over €49.00 ship FREE.

3.2. Shipping within the EU

For shipping within the EU , we charge a flat rate of €14.90 per order, unless your order total exceeds the minimum order value for free shipping . Orders with a gross value of €99.00 or more ship FREE. 

3.3. Rest of Europe*

For shipping to the rest of Europe, we charge a flat rate of €16.90 per order, unless your order total reaches the minimum order value for free shipping . Orders with a gross value of €200.00 or more ship FREE.

3.4. North America*

For shipping to North America , we charge a flat rate of €19.95 per order, unless your order total meets the minimum order value for free shipping. Orders over €200.00 ship FREE.

3.5. Rest of the World*

For shipping to the remaining states We charge a flat shipping fee of €30.00 per order, unless your order total meets the minimum order value for free shipping. Orders with a gross value of €500.00 or more ship FREE.

*For deliveries across EU borders, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties, such as customs duties, may apply. These are your responsibility.

** The exact delivery time depends on many factors and is subject to the parcel service provider. The delivery times listed here are only estimates. We accept no liability for any possible delays in delivery. Due to the pandemic, deliveries may take a few days longer. It may also take up to 7 business days if we receive a high volume of requests, such as during the Christmas season.
