9. I would like to make a warranty claim. What do I need to know?
- Defects or damage caused by improper use or negligence (e.g. impact, fall, glass scratches)
- Defects or damage caused by improper repair or alterations to the piece of jewelry
- Optical changes that occur as part of normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches, discoloration and peeling of the coating)
- Water damage
- Contamination of the product also does not constitute a warranty claim.
- Please contact our customer service and include the following information in your email:

- Order number and proof of purchase
- Photo of the defective item - Our customer service will first check the image to determine whether the defect is covered by the warranty.
- In the event of a warranty claim, you will receive a free return shipping label to send the item to our claims and warranty department.
- Please also fill out the warranty claim form completely and include it in the package. This form is essential for processing your return and is therefore extremely important.
- Our warranty department will review the case within 7 days of receiving the goods and will, if necessary, repair/replace the item free of charge.
10. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUE?
All orders from Lyric's Jewelry are shipped from Germany. Therefore , no customs duties or import taxes apply within the EU .
Outside the EU , these fees may apply. For deliveries to countries like Switzerland, customs duties are usually only levied on goods valued at approximately €150 or more. However, it's important to note that import VAT is still payable. Customs duties go 100% to the customs authorities of the receiving country and must be paid by you. If you refuse to accept the package, the customs duties will still be charged. These will then be deducted from your refund if the package is returned by a carrier such as UPS or DHL.
