What if I don't like something after all?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason . The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.

Can I exchange the item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. However, you have the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt. Once your return has reached our warehouse, you will receive a refund. You can then simply reorder your desired products.

How do I return something?

Returns for orders from Germany

Customers from Germany who wish to return an item are asked to log in to their account on our website https://account.lyricsjewelry.com and select the items from their order that they wish to return. Upon receiving your return request, we will confirm it and then send you a return shipping label. Please pack the items carefully and send them to the shipping company. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process a refund.

Please note that we will deduct the return shipping costs of €5.90 from your refund.

Returns for orders outside Germany's

Customers outside of Germany who wish to return an item are asked to contact us in advance. After we have confirmed the return, please arrange for the return shipment yourself and bear the corresponding shipping costs.

Refunds

Damage and problems
