What to do if I don't like something?
At Lyricsjewelry.com, we offer a 30-day return period for all jewelry orders. If you don't like an item or it doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily and conveniently initiate your return.
The withdrawal period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you has received the last item.
Can I exchange jewelry?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
However, you can always initiate a return for your jewelry within 30 days and then reorder the desired item.
This ensures that you always receive exactly the right size and design.
How to return jewelry – Step-by-step guide
Returns within Germany (DE)

Select the items you wish to return.

After reviewing your request, you will receive a return label from us.

Carefully package the goods and hand the parcel to the shipping service provider.

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the corresponding amount.
Please note:
We will deduct return shipping costs of €5.90 from your refund.
Returns outside Germany (AT, CH, EU & international)
Please contact us in advance if you wish to make a return from outside Germany.
After our confirmation, please arrange the return shipping yourself and bear the corresponding shipping costs.
Important notes for a successful jewelry return
For us to process your return smoothly, please note:

The jewelry must be unworn, clean, and in a resaleable condition.

The original labels must not be removed or damaged.

If your order included a free gift, please also return it if the conditions for it are no longer met.

Package the goods securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
Legal Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for different shipping methods), immediately and at the latest within 7 days after we have received the goods back.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original payment. You will not incur any additional fees.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of declaring your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of this period.
Any possible loss of value of the goods must be compensated by you if it is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for goods that are personalized or custom-made;

for digital gift cards.
- Damage caused by improper use is excluded from return and warranty.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers whose place of residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the approval of the refund.
The refund will be automatically processed via the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered so that we can find a solution quickly.
