1.1. For deliveries, you can choose from the following payment methods unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

2. Delivery

2.1. Your order may be shipped with Deutsche Post, DPD, DHL, UPS, Hermes or GLS.

2.2. All orders from LYRICSJEWELRY.COM are shipped from Germany via parcel delivery services. Local pickup is currently not available. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

• Within Germany: approximately 2–3 business days.
• Within the EU: approximately 4–7 business days.
• To North America: approximately 6–10 business days.
• To the rest of Europe: approximately 6–10 business days.
• To other countries worldwide: approximately 10–15 business days.

3. Shipping costs

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

3.1. Germany

Shipping within Germany costs a flat €4.90 per order unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Shipping is free for orders with a gross order value of €49.00 or more.

3.2. European Union

Shipping within the EU costs a flat €14.90 per order unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Shipping is free for orders with a gross order value of €99.00 or more.

3.3. Rest of Europe*

Shipping to the rest of Europe costs a flat €16.90 per order unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Shipping is free for orders with a gross order value of €200.00 or more.

3.4. North America*

Shipping to North America costs a flat €19.95 per order unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Shipping is free for orders with a gross order value of €200.00 or more.

3.5. Rest of the world*

Shipping to all other countries costs a flat €30.00 per order unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Shipping is free for orders with a gross order value of €500.00 or more.

*For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes and/or duties, including customs duties, may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

**Exact delivery times depend on various factors and on the parcel delivery provider. The delivery times stated above are estimates only. We cannot accept liability for possible delivery delays. Due to pandemic-related disruption, deliveries may occasionally take a few days longer. During periods of high demand, such as the Christmas season, delivery may in some cases take up to 7 business days.
