What should I do if I don't like something?
At Lyricsjewelry.com, we offer a 30-day return policy on all jewelry orders. If you don't like an item or it doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily and conveniently initiate your return .
The cancellation period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you have received the last item of goods.
Can I exchange jewelry?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
However, you can always return your jewelry within 30 days and then reorder the desired item.
This ensures that you always receive the correct size and design.
How do I return jewelry? – Step-by-step instructions
Returns within Germany (DE)

After reviewing your request, we will send you a return label.

Pack the goods carefully and hand the package over to the shipping service provider.

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund you the corresponding amount.
Please note:
We will deduct the return shipping costs of €5.90 from your refund.
Returns from outside Germany (AT, CH, EU & international)
Please contact us in advance if you wish to make a return from outside Germany.
After our confirmation, please organize the return shipment yourself and bear the corresponding shipping costs.
Important information for a successful jewelry return
To ensure we can process your return smoothly, please note:

The jewelry must be unworn , clean, and in a condition suitable for resale .

The original labels must not be removed or damaged.

If your order included a free gift , please also return it if the conditions for receiving it are no longer met.

Pack the goods securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
Statutory cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for different shipping methods), without undue delay and at the latest within 7 days after we have received the goods back.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as for the original payment. You will not incur any additional fees.
We may refuse to refund your money until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of declaring your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this period expires.
You are liable to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss resulted from handling that was not necessary for inspecting the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that are:

about goods that are personalized or made to customer specifications;

via digital gift vouchers .
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers whose residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.
Refunds
After we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the approval of the refund.
The refund will be processed automatically via the original payment method. Please note that processing may take a few days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Please contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly so that we can find a solution quickly.
